Baekseok Falls in JeongSeon.

Baekseok Falls
Located by National Highway No. 59 coming from Jinbu of Pyeongchang, Baekseok Peak (1,170m) is a large white peak with a sacred spring on top.  According to the folk tales, if a bad man drinks the spring water, there will be a drought; and if the rock turns black, it will start raining in several days.  Baekseokam Site, where Priest Jajang stayed, still remains and the hiking trail includes four winter towns and stony paths in the middle.
Looking down on Sugam Valley from the top, you can see one of the most spectacular sceneries in Korea created by a beautiful harmony of white water bubbles and blue waterfalls.  The hiking trail has two courses: one to the beautiful Sugam Valley through Joldeuru Recreation Resort and another one to Hyanggol Valley with big and small pagodas.  Both courses are equally beautiful. --- From http://www.invil.org/english/tourism/themeTour/mountainValley/contents.jsp?con_no=604214&page_no=1
